The refinance loan was structured under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 7A loan program which provides refinancing of owner-operated commercial real estate properties. The loan was structured with an 85% loan to value and carries a fixed rate of 5.05% over a 25-year term. The borrower chose this loan structure to eliminate finance risk while still obtaining an attractive interest rate.

The refinance loan was complicated as the motel was on  a master lease, and the owner did not operate this motel.   The loan was structured with an 60% loan to value and carries a 5 year fixed loan at a rate of 4.75 %

of The Discount Mortgage Store, Inc. a correspondent lending company that closed over 1,000 transactions in 10 yrs. He has also co-owned a large retail company
